Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Salary: ₦200,000/month

A well-established fashion house in Lekki Phase 1 is seeking an experienced and highly organized Admin Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration or operations, with an eye for detail and the ability to lead a small team effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and office supplies.
  • Supervise and support team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure timely execution of operational tasks.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for internal processes.
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and clients as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or operations role (experience in fashion or retail is an advantage).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with general tech tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, professional, and capable of managing a small team.
