FibreWorld Telecommunications Network Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Officer to provide administrative, HR, and office management support. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office administration, including supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
  • Support HR processes such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and staff records management.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and reporting in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and company events.
  • Manage procurement activities and liaise with vendors and service providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in office administration, management, or HR support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and knowledge of administrative procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
