Job Description
A media and tech-driven organisation is seeking a results-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to support audience growth, campaign optimisation, and data-driven marketing execution. The role requires a strong blend of creativity, analytical skill, and hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
- Build, test, and optimise landing pages, lead magnets, and opt-in funnels to improve conversions.
- Track and optimise key metrics including CAC, CTR, ROAS, and engagement across all active funnels.
- Manage weekly newsletters, segmentation, A/B tests, and automated marketing flows.
- Develop onboarding, upsell, and re-engagement sequences to enhance retention and subscriber growth.
- Collaborate with editorial, design, sales, and communications teams to support launches and branded campaigns.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports covering subscriber growth, campaign ROI, and email analytics.
- Use insights and analytics to refine and improve ongoing marketing activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience within media, tech, or a fast-paced digital environment.
- Proven ability to manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and similar platforms.
- Proficiency in email marketing and automation tools such as Mailchimp or comparable platforms.
- Strong understanding of growth loops, conversion funnels, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to combine creativity with analytical thinking to produce effective, data-led marketing outcomes.
- Experience growing newsletter audiences or converting readers into paying subscribers.
Job Type: 6-month contract with potential extension to a permanent role
