Job Description

Westfield Consulting Limited is seeking a highly experienced Head of Financial Advisory to lead and strengthen its financial advisory operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the Nigerian financial market, demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, and have a proven record of delivering high-value advisory services to diverse clients.

Location: Marina, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the financial advisory department to ensure excellent client service and timely project execution
  • Develop and review complex financial models, valuations, and investment analyses for mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, and restructuring
  • Provide strategic financial advisory services, including investment strategy, financial planning, and business expansion guidance
  • Oversee regulatory compliance with financial laws, corporate governance standards, and Islamic finance regulations (where applicable)
  • Engage clients to design tailored financial solutions aligned with their objectives and industry realities
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop financial analysts to enhance performance and technical capacity
  • Drive business development initiatives and strengthen client relationships

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
  • MBA or professional certifications such as CFA, ACA, or ACCA will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in financial advisory or investment banking within the Nigerian market
  • Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation techniques, risk assessment, and financial analysis
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities
  • Demonstrated track record in business development and client acquisition
  • SEC sponsorship is an added advantage
  • Knowledge or experience in Shariah or Non-Interest Finance will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
