Job Description

A leading hospitality group is seeking experienced and results-driven Sales Managers to join its team in Abuja and Lagos. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in hospitality sales who can drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and lead high-performing sales teams.

Locations: Abuja and Lagos

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, occupancy, and profitability targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, government contracts, travel agencies, and event partnerships.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Increase revenue across hotel services, including rooms, conferences, events, banqueting, and food & beverage.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and successful promotional campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of progressive sales experience within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, business development, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and hotel property management systems is an added advantage.
