Job Description

C-Restructure Consulting is seeking a creative and skilled Social Media / Content Creator (Graphics & Video) to develop engaging visual content and manage social media activities. The role requires strong graphic design, video production, storytelling, and social media management skills to support the company’s digital presence and marketing objectives.

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday – Saturday | 8:00am – 6:00pm

Responsibilities
  • Create engaging graphics and high-quality video content for social media platforms.
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and publish videos aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Design promotional materials, social media posts, banners, flyers, and other digital creatives.
  • Develop and manage a monthly content calendar to maintain consistent posting.
  • Monitor social media performance, analyze engagement metrics, and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and produce relevant, trend-driven content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote products, campaigns, and company activities.
  • Ensure all content follows established brand identity and visual standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or relevant certification in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar graphic design tools.
  • Strong video shooting and editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software.
  • Excellent storytelling, visual communication, and creative skills.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and content performance tracking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary

₦250,000 per month
