Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, especially in service-based B2B environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in sales methodologies
- Ability to identify and qualify leads, conduct presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage the sales process.
- In-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services and an understanding of industry-specific needs.
- Analyse market trends and identify sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Track and report on sales performance.
- Anticipate client needs and position the product/service as a solution.
- Research competitors, market conditions, and trends to develop effective sales strategies.
