This service is available to all registered users who have submitted a complete and accurate CV on the Jobyatch platform. By using this service, you affirm that the information provided in your CV is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

3. Payment Information

To access the Boost My CV service, users are required to make a direct payment of N15,000 to the following account:

This is a non-refundable service, and by proceeding, you consent to these terms.

5. Responsibility for Content

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of their CV. Jobyatch is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in the information you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure that your CV is current and reflective of your skills and experience.

6. No Guarantee of Employment

While the Boost My CV service increases the visibility of your CV, it does not guarantee job placement or employment. Jobyatch cannot influence the decisions made by recruiters or hiring organizations and cannot guarantee interviews or offers of employment.

7. Duration of CV Boost

The Boost My CV service is designed to enhance the visibility of your CV within Jobyatch’s network of recruiters and hiring professionals. This service operates on a 30-day renewable basis, ensuring continuous promotion throughout the duration of the CV boost.

The effectiveness of this service depends on factors such as recruiter activity, the demand for your skills, and prevailing market trends. While Jobyatch strives to maximize your CV's exposure, we cannot guarantee the exact duration of active visibility or specific outcomes.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

This is a non-refundable service. Once the Boost My CV service has been initiated, refunds will not be provided. Users may cancel the service before the promotion begins, but no refunds will be issued once the CV has been promoted.

9. Modification of Terms

Jobyatch reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or through the Jobyatch platform. Continued use of the Boost My CV service after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Jobyatch is not liable for any damages, including lost opportunities, resulting from the use of this service. Users agree to indemnify and hold Jobyatch harmless against any claims or disputes arising from inaccuracies or misrepresentations in their CVs.
