Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦400,000 Gross
E’Sorae Home is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to oversee multi-branch operations, streamline inventory management, and lead a dynamic logistics team. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership and problem-solving skills, capable of ensuring smooth supply chain operations and exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Multi-Branch Logistics Management
- Coordinate logistics activities across multiple branches, ensuring timely stock replenishment and product availability.
- Develop branch-specific logistics plans and manage inter-branch stock transfers.
- Inventory Control
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular audits and cycle counts.
- Oversee stock replenishments and manage supplier coordination to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and train logistics personnel, including warehouse staff and drivers.
- Conduct performance reviews and ensure adherence to safety and logistics protocols.
- Route Optimization and Vendor Management
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure cost-effective transportation across branches.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with retail logistics and supply chain processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems) and strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Leadership and Compliance: Strong team management skills and knowledge of local and international logistics regulations.
