Overview:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and addressing their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Monitor client satisfaction and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
