Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various teams to optimize workflows and enhance customer experiences.
  • Manage schedules, inventory, and vendor relationships to maintain operational excellence.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively while ensuring quality standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in operations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work a hybrid schedule, including 6 days a week.
