Admin/Operations Manager
Job Description
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦400,000
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, leading teams, and ensuring that business operations align with the organization’s growth and resource plans. Knowledge of the property development sector is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and enhance profitability.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to organizational goals.
- Manage and mentor employees, fostering a productive and motivated team environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align resources with growth objectives.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure sustainability.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of business operations, financial management, and team leadership.
- Experience in the property development sector is an advantage.
- Must reside close to Ikoyi, Lagos.
- Available to resume within two weeks.
