Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  2. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  3. Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions.
  4. Provide product and service information to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
