Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager

Job Description

We are hiring an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning processes, analyze business performance, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. This role works closely with senior leadership to align financial goals with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
* Analyze business performance and profitability
* Provide strategic financial support and insights
* Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management
* Drive process improvement in financial planning and reporting

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, ACA, or ACCA is a plus)
* 4+ years in financial planning and analysis (2+ years in a managerial role)
* Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel, and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* FMCG or food manufacturing experience is highly desirable
