Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, prepare tax filings, and liaise with tax authorities as needed.
- Audit Support: Assist in audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes for greater efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a related role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
