Job Description

A fast-growing startup specializing in musical instruments is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team. If you are self-driven, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional service, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  2. Provide accurate product information and address customer concerns effectively.
  3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Maintain a customer database and track interactions to ensure seamless service.
  5. Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • ND/Degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work with minimal supervision.

Location: Onipan, Lagos

Work Days and Hours:

  • Mondays to Fridays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Remuneration: ₦80,000 – ₦100,000
