Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide accurate product information and address customer concerns effectively.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a customer database and track interactions to ensure seamless service.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- ND/Degree in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work with minimal supervision.
Location: Onipan, Lagos
Work Days and Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Remuneration: ₦80,000 – ₦100,000
