Job Description

Location: Virtual/Online (60%) and Physical/Office in Ikeja, Lagos (40%)
Remuneration: ₦600,000 – ₦700,000 per month
Age Limit: Maximum of 40 years

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Human Capital Management (HHCM) to lead our HR operations and strategic initiatives. The role requires a dynamic professional adept at managing remote and onsite operations while fostering a high-performance organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee recruitment, manpower planning, and succession planning to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  2. Manage performance appraisal processes, compensation structures, and employee relations programs.
  3. Design and review organizational structures (organograms) and present updates to the CEO quarterly.
  4. Develop team-building strategies and drive change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  5. Ensure compliance with policies during staff exits and handle other HR duties as assigned by the CEO.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 8 years post-NYSC experience in HR management, including 4 years in a senior HRM role.
    • Proven experience managing HR operations and implementing policies in medium or large organizations.
  • Qualifications:
    • A first degree in any discipline.
    • Professional membership with CIPM and/or SHRM.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Skilled in social media and video conferencing platforms like Zoom for business purposes.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Business-driven and result-oriented mindset.
