Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 base
Other Benefits: Up to 5% commission on every closed deal and additional incentives for exceeding targets.
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Wuye, Abuja. If you have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the real estate market, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with prospective clients to promote real estate properties.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations with potential buyers.
- Stay updated on the local real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that drive sales and meet revenue targets.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- In-depth knowledge of the Abuja real estate market and property regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
