Harbourage is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for real estate, sales, and marketing, and a proven ability to drive results. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to our growing presence in the Abuja market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and services effectively.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales performance, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Coordinate and support the development of promotional materials and digital marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and build client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the Abuja real estate market is a plus.
