Finance Manager

We are on the lookout for a strategic and proactive Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a highly skilled finance professional with a passion for driving business growth, managing financial compliance, and optimizing financial performance. You will play a critical role in managing financial operations and delivering insights to support our company’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management & Reporting:
   • Oversee financial accounting processes, including general ledger, balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow.
   • Prepare and present GAAP-compliant financial statements accurately and on schedule.
2. Tax Compliance & Strategy:
   • Manage local and international tax compliance, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
   • Develop and implement tax optimization strategies that support the company’s growth objectives.
3. Treasury Management:
   • Oversee cash flow and banking relationships, ensuring effective liquidity management and financing.
   • Develop investment strategies that maximize short-term returns while securing long-term financial health.
4. Audit Preparation & Strategic Advisory:
   • Coordinate with auditors for audit readiness and implement audit-efficient processes.
   • Provide financial insights and forecasts to support strategic decision-making and align financial strategies with business plans.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and regulations; international tax compliance experience is a plus.
• Proven experience in treasury, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to interpret data and engage with cross-functional teams.
