We are seeking a proactive and experienced Transport Manager to lead and optimize our transportation operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, team leadership, and regulatory compliance to ensure seamless delivery and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, manage, and evaluate transporters to ensure optimal performance.
- Plan and supervise delivery operations for timely and efficient service.
- Analyze and review transportation fares to align with budgetary goals.
- Manage parking facilities and oversee risk management, including accident handling.
- Optimize transportation processes and ensure effective information management.
- Build and lead a strong team while managing the internal fleet effectively.
Requirements
- Degree in Transportation Management or related field (MSc/BSc preferred).
- 4–7 years of proven experience in transportation management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication abilities.
