The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage customer interactions across various platforms. Key Responsibilities

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, ensuring high-quality service.
  2. Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly, maintaining a positive brand image.
  3. Manage and update customer accounts in CRM systems, ensuring accurate records.
  4. Assist in developing strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
  5. Maintain social media presence, addressing customer queries and engaging with online communities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, email, and other relevant computer software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
