We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage customer interactions across various platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, ensuring high-quality service.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly, maintaining a positive brand image.
- Manage and update customer accounts in CRM systems, ensuring accurate records.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
- Maintain social media presence, addressing customer queries and engaging with online communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in CRM systems, email, and other relevant computer software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
