Tivana Workforce is seeking a highly motivated Sales & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and digital marketing, with a proven ability to drive results and manage campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets and objectives.
2. Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
3. Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
4. Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term business growth.
5. Provide regular reports on sales performance and digital marketing analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Hands-on experience running digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, etc.).
