Job Responsibilities
- Perform tissue processing, embedding, microtomy, and staining procedures to prepare samples for microscopic examination.
- Conduct laboratory tests and analyze histological samples with precision and accuracy.
- Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic results and support patient care.
- Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in tissue processing, embedding, microtomy, and staining techniques.
- Strong knowledge of Medical Technology, Laboratory Medicine, and Pathology.
- Proficiency in quality control processes to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective teamwork, communication, and organizational abilities.
