International Students Recruitment Counsellor

Salary: ₦130,000.00 – ₦150,000.00 per month

Are you passionate about guiding students toward achieving their international education goals? Join our dynamic team as an International Students Recruitment Counsellor. In this role, you will support students in navigating the application process while meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.

Job Responsibilities

1. Actively identify and recruit prospective international students through various channels, including social media, networking, and referrals.
2. Provide guidance and counseling to students regarding study options, application procedures, and visa requirements.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure continued growth in student recruitment.
4. Meet and exceed sales and recruitment KPIs through effective planning, execution, and follow-up.

Job Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in sales, client development, or commercial roles.
• Skills: Proven success in achieving sales targets, strong social selling and networking abilities, and excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Attributes: Proactive, ambitious, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional Advantage: Previous experience as a student counselor is a plus.
• Residency: Must reside in Enugu capital or its environs.
