Job Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training programs within one of the six academies: Actuarial, Enterprise, Finance, Marketing & Communications, Registrars, or Technology.
- Engage in hands-on projects and assignments that provide practical insights into business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real-world challenges and contribute to organizational success.
- Receive mentorship and career development guidance from industry experts within the Coronation ecosystem.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and achieving professional excellence.
Job Requirements
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Academic Performance: Minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division (2:1).
- Additional Qualifications: A minimum of 5 credits in WAEC, including Mathematics and English, in no more than two sittings.
- Experience: Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Age Limit: Applicants must not be older than 27 years at the time of application.
- Added Advantage: Relevant professional qualifications or certifications.
