Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving workplace issues in alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as an HR generalist.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and management.
- An agile and adaptable approach to work in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
