As a Senior Cargo Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of cargo operations, providing high-quality service to clients, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Oversee cargo documentation and ensure all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor Dangerous Goods, Weight & Balance procedures, and Live Animal Regulations during cargo handling.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and service providers to ensure seamless cargo operations.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an airline or cargo operations environment, including at least 2 years as a Cargo Agent (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Dangerous Goods regulations, with a DG certificate preferred.
• Familiarity with Weight & Balance procedures and Live Animal Regulation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
• Fluency in English, with additional language proficiency based on the location of employment.
