Key Responsibilities:

- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and other HR programs in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration or management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
