RedAid Nigeria is seeking a highly experienced Director of Finance and Administration to lead and manage the financial operations and administration of the organization. This critical role will ensure the financial integrity, accountability, and efficiency of RedAid’s programs and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient management of resources.
  • Lead the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets, financial statements, and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Supervise financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and operational goals.
  • Manage administrative functions, including human resources, procurement, and logistics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Must be a Chartered Accountant with ICAN or ANAN.
  • At least 8 to 10 years of experience in financial and administrative management, with experience managing large and complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
