Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦260,000 (based on experience and interview performance)

Spectronate Limited & Adeohomes LLC is seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team. We specialize in delivering cutting-edge architectural solutions, blending functionality with aesthetics to create exceptional spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop detailed architectural designs and drawings using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  2. Oversee and manage projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  3. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to translate ideas into practical designs.
  4. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide guidance on construction methods.
  5. Stay updated with industry trends to propose innovative solutions and design approaches.

Job Requirements

  • Education: M.Sc. in Architecture.
  • Experience: 2–4 years with a proven portfolio in architectural design.
  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong organizational, creative, and problem-solving skills.
