Saisha Engineering Company Limited is a reputable firm specializing in innovative engineering solutions. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our operations and ensure the smooth running of daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office operations, schedules, and files.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of the company.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist in the preparation of presentations.
- Coordinate office activities and meetings, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must be female and reside in Ikeja, Ojota, Opebi, or Ogudu areas.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
