Saisha Engineering Company Limited is a reputable firm specializing in innovative engineering solutions. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our operations and ensure the smooth running of daily activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office operations, schedules, and files.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of the company.
  • Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist in the preparation of presentations.
  • Coordinate office activities and meetings, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Must be female and reside in Ikeja, Ojota, Opebi, or Ogudu areas.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
