We are seeking a proactive and experienced HSE Officer to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all our projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and guidance to staff and contractors on HSE best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports with recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
• Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations, certifications, and standards.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Mandatory certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
• Membership in a recognized professional body (e.g., ISPON, IOSH) is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
