Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to launch new products and implement promotional campaigns.
- Identify and pursue opportunities with large organizations, managing high-value contracts and negotiations.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives to drive long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
- B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 7 years of proven sales experience in high-revenue environments.
- Demonstrated success in launching products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Extensive experience selling to large organizations and managing multi-million-dollar contracts.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, or MEDDIC.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
