Job Description
Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Part-time
Work Schedule: Twice a week (Tuesdays 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM and Wednesdays 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦120,000 Monthly
We are seeking a talented and experienced Catering & Confectioneries Instructor to join our team. This role is ideal for a culinary expert passionate about teaching and sharing their knowledge with learners of diverse age groups.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive culinary and patisserie curricula, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Teach practical and theoretical concepts in African cuisine, intercontinental dishes, and confectioneries.
- Evaluate students’ progress through assignments, assessments, and hands-on projects.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment while maintaining professional standards.
Job Requirements:
- A graduate with at least 4 years of experience in African and intercontinental culinary arts and patisseries.
- Proficiency in creating structured lesson plans tailored to different age groups.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven with the ability to inspire and mentor students.
