We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our HR department in a well-established commercial bank. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving HR strategies, managing talent, and ensuring the alignment of HR functions with the bank’s goals. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior HR professional to contribute to the continued growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the bank’s objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and employee development programs.
- Provide strategic advice to senior management on HR issues, organizational development, and talent management.
- Manage HR budget and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Job Requirements:
- A full-time university bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of 2/2.
- Proven experience in an HR role within a commercial or merchant bank.
- Ability to work effectively at the MGR or SM grade level.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
