Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze system vulnerabilities to identify potential threats and mitigate risks.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security protocols and firewalls.
- Support incident response activities, including investigating security breaches and documenting findings.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
- Research and recommend improvements to enhance the organization’s cybersecurity posture.
Job Requirements
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- A degree or coursework in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.
