Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and statutory requirements, including filing annual returns, managing board meetings, and maintaining company records.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development programs, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work culture.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal standards and organizational goals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, or HR-related fields.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in corporate governance and human resource management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain confidentiality.
