Adike Microfinance Bank is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Information Technology Officer to oversee and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless IT operations while supporting the bank’s digital transformation and innovation goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the bank’s IT systems, including software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery plans are in place and effective.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues faced by staff.
- Monitor IT systems to ensure uptime and optimize performance.
- Oversee the installation and configuration of new software and updates.
Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for liaising with staff and external vendors.
