RSIN Nigeria Limited is seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, attract top talent, and streamline the hiring process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies by partnering with managers to identify staffing needs and create recruitment plans.
• Source and attract qualified candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
• Screen and evaluate candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and leading in-person interviews.
• Coordinate the interview process, schedule meetings with hiring managers, conduct background checks, and assist in offer negotiations.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, with strong skills in sourcing and screening candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
