Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and optimize performance.
• Oversee the credit and risk management processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the development and implementation of solar product offerings.
• Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for growth and mitigate potential risks.
• Lead and mentor teams to ensure productivity and alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management and credit risk within the financial services sector, preferably in a banking institution.
• Proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in solar product development (a plus).
