Are you an experienced professional with a proven track record in leadership and operational management? Our organization is seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Duties Manager to oversee and enhance our administrative and operational processes in Abuja.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the organization to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize workflows and improve organizational performance.
- Manage and mentor departmental teams to foster collaboration and professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and regulatory bodies to support company goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Sciences, Law, Social Sciences, or Humanities.
- A post-graduate degree is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of relevant post-graduation experience in a similar or related role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the local landscape and operational challenges in Nigeria.
- Residency in Abuja or nearby areas is mandatory.
