Are you an experienced professional with a proven track record in leadership and operational management? Our organization is seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Duties Manager to oversee and enhance our administrative and operational processes in Abuja.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the organization to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  2. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize workflows and improve organizational performance.
  3. Manage and mentor departmental teams to foster collaboration and professional growth.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and regulatory bodies to support company goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Sciences, Law, Social Sciences, or Humanities.
  • A post-graduate degree is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset.

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of relevant post-graduation experience in a similar or related role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the local landscape and operational challenges in Nigeria.
  • Residency in Abuja or nearby areas is mandatory.
