The successful candidate will oversee human resources operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support employee development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition efforts to build a strong workforce.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
• Manage employee relations, address concerns, and mediate conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making and employee development.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
• Proven HR management experience with a solid understanding of labor laws and HR software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• HR certifications, employee engagement expertise, and data-driven decision-making skills are preferred.
