Location: Remote
Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 (Not Negotiable)

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Product Lead to join our team. In this role, you will drive the development and management of innovative products, working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure alignment.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring continuous optimization.
• Communicate product updates and priorities effectively to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in product or project management, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of technology and software development processes with the ability to engage with technical teams.
• Proven ability to break down complex ideas and technical concepts into clear, actionable steps.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a track record of keeping teams aligned and projects on track.
