We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Head Chef to lead our culinary team in a prestigious hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and culinary excellence, as well as strong leadership and management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Develop, plan, and execute menus featuring American, Italian, and Asian cuisines, tailored to the preferences of our clientele.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cost control.
- Ensure smooth and efficient service by coordinating with front-of-house teams to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the culinary field, with at least 3 years as an Executive Chef.
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in American, Italian, and Asian cuisines.
- Proven track record in a five-star hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized institution.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- A passion for culinary innovation and commitment to maintaining high standards of excellence.
