We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the senior management team in a dynamic real estate environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel plans.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate office operations, events, and meetings to ensure smooth workflow.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in real estate.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
