Key Responsibilities

  1. Accurately handle and process premium payments, ensuring timely and precise recordkeeping.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints related to payment issues.
  3. Collaborate with team members to provide support and maintain operational efficiency.
  4. Uphold company policies and ethical standards in all financial transactions and client interactions.
  5. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports as required.

Requirements

  • B.Sc/HND in Accounting, Business Administration, or related Social Sciences.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement.
  • Proficiency in resolving basic customer service requests and complaints.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and company policies.
