WFM 91.7, Nigeria’s first and only radio station for women and their families, is seeking a creative and experienced Radio Producer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a talented individual to oversee the development and production of high-quality news and engaging programs tailored to our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and produce engaging radio programs, news segments, and special features.
• Coordinate with presenters, reporters, and technical staff to ensure seamless broadcasting.
• Research and source content that aligns with the station’s objectives and audience interests.
• Monitor audience feedback and trends to improve content relevance and quality.
• Ensure all content adheres to broadcasting standards and legal guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Radio Producer or in a similar role, with expertise in news production and program development.
• Strong knowledge of radio production techniques and news broadcasting standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and engaging news.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
