Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive work culture.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve organizational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, preferably with exposure to consulting or strategic HR initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
