TradeDepot Limited, a leading player in the FMCG sector, is seeking experienced and results-driven Key Account Managers to oversee and grow relationships with our modern trade partners. The ideal candidates will possess strong operational and execution skills and be passionate about delivering value to key accounts.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with modern trade accounts to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve set targets and expand market share.
- Monitor account performance and provide insights to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities and stock availability.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key accounts effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
